Executive Director, Performance Improvement and Case Management

The Executive Director of Performance Improvement and Case Management Functions as a member of the hospital’s leadership team, with overall responsibility to develop and direct an effective, comprehensive hospital-wide PI/CM program.

 

Holy Cross Hospital, 577-bed full service community hospital, member of Catholic Health East, offers secondary and tertiary care services. The hospital is in its second year running for the Baldrige award, and has also been named one of 100 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals.

 

 

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess administrative/managerial experience, and be knowledgeable and experienced with clinical delivery processes and outcomes, utilization of research/best practices, managed care, cost effectiveness and financial outcomes, and work with and understand the tools and techniques of quality improvement.  This individual will have a focus and commitment for a common vision for clinical resources management.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree required; CPHQ preferred;
  • Three + years in directing a hospital-wide PI/ CM program required;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical management concepts and programs, health care outcomes and PI issues;
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and well-versed in report design and presentation development;
